[Note that these posts which were entered into evidence are in their unaltered forms. As court exhibits, material in the posts was often blacked-out or otherwise redacted, although I do not have the certified court documents at present. Despite the jury expressing confusion as to who wrote what, as they were not familiar with Usenet, the defense was not allowed to explain who actually said what, and Henson was convicted based partly on other people's writings, including a quote, misquote actually from L. Ron Hubbard. The misquote, "destroy them utterly" was a sloppy paraphrase of L. Ron Hubbard's comment on how to use the courts to destroy enemies. The law can be used very easily to harass, and enough harassment on somebody who is simply on the thin edge anyway, well knowing that he is not authorized, will generally be sufficient to cause his professional decease. If possible, of course, ruin him utterly. -- L. Ron Hubbard, "A Manual on the Dissemination of Material" This was another of the "religious scriptures" that Henson was unable to enter as evidence of Scientology's policy of misusing the legal system to attack its enemies by any means fair or foul. Due to other entheta activities, I was not out there till about 8:20 or so. A big change today from yesterday. Something like one in six of them are now looking frankly at my sign. The side I show to them is either the "Doubting is not a crime" and the LMT phone, or Arnie's NO OT's, or "Are you implanted with dead space aliens?" They still don't wave, but that would be too much considering all the video cameras. Not long after I set up over the east underpass, a group, mostly women, perhaps Estates project force, were herded past the east under pass and into one of the unfinished building. Man, when that place get's abandoned, those building are going to be worthless if they don't have kitchens (which they most likely don't). (I can't help but wonder if gold base will be turned into an exhibit like the historical Shaker places.) I can't make up my mind if the abandoned look of the buildings under construction is just normal scientology practice or if it has something to do with me being there. I have a bunch of photos which show the unfinished roof. Today there were two guy working on the roof, but that is the first I have seen. (*) seems to have in mind an attack from the road and is raising a massive berm of dirt between his castle and the road. In typical scientology construction mode, they have *one* truck moving dirt, about three trips an hour. Of course, this results in massive under use of the machines to dig the dirt and spread it out. They are now using the west underpass slightly, possibly when I am on the east underpass. The disruption in traffic from one side of the highway to the other must be killing their stats. They must have Friday dress down because there seem to be far fewer guys with ties today. They complained to the Highway Patrol again today. So when the officer came out (disgusted at them) he got a handful of Xenu flyers, and I got his name and his partner's name, officers Luebs and Dopp. They are quite aware of the Lisa McPherson travesty. Good guys, very professional, gave me good advice about picketing that location which I will pass on to anyone who want to take a day or two out there. Speaking of video cameras . . . I have pictures of all I have spotted. Soon as I get the film developed/scanned, will post them. There may be a bunch of them which cannot be seen from the road, but the count of them from the road, five, is way under the number Jeff and Co. spotted in CW. Incidentally, I talked to a random groups of guys. Offered to give them a Xenu flyer and it turned out one of the was on the net and had printed off a copy long time ago, so they were all up on it. Few cars stopped and got a flyer. Part of the reason I am picketing over the east underpass is that there is room for cars to pull out of traffic there. Sorry this is kind of disorganized. If I did more/better reporting, I would be doing less picketing. There is much other stuff going on here which it would not be entirely prudent to report yet. File "water" shows a sprinkler which is mostly spraying through the fence. It was left on for at least 24 hours. No clears at gold base, or they would have remembered it. thug1 is Eliot Richardson coming after me, trying to get in my face. I didn't recognize him at first, though I knew I had seen him before. Guess I am not a clear either. thug2 is a shot after I started walking toward the main gate. I was interested in getting into the camera view, and the more witnesses the better, even if they are scientologists. You can see how Heavy Thug (HT) reacted to a camera in this and several other shots. thug3 is further toward the gate. thug4, got him! Who is this guy? Anyone know him? thug5 is down by the main gate, me trying to get away from these guys and them trying to crowd me. thug5-10 are various shots from places in the road or from one side or the other as I crossed back and forth--stopping cars. thug 11 is HT DAing me to a driver who stoped. This morning I got out there before 7am. I was not early enough to follow the buses back to the two clam apartments, but all four went by my picket signs within a ten minute period close to 7 am. The buses make another run after this. I followed one of them over to the apartments on Kirby and found one at the Fruitvale Apartment as well. The first one tried to shake me off, hard to do in a bus, and stopped for a while at a gas station to call. They sure are paranoid. The Fruitvale apartments have a security guy playing hide and seek in the bushes with a radio. I offered him an OT3/Xenu flyer. It was somewhat like offering garlic to a vampire, but I could tell there was a certain degree of fascination--because otherwise he would never find out what OT3 was all about. Ah well, there are several Xenu flyers inside gold base, perhaps he will see one. I went back out about noon, parked on the west end by Ashlee's memorial, and started back. Soon as I started toward the main gate Eliot Richardson came walking toward me. I went back to my car, and went by him and started picketing on the east end by (*)'s palace. As expected, it was a short picket because here came ER on the South side and HT with a camera on the North side of the road. (I got photos of both but didn't get them developed today.) That area over the east underpass is not so hot (limited visibility to the west over the hill) for playing in the road, so I decide I would pack it in for the day, work on other aspects of entheta such as scanning in photos and get reinforcements for the 4th and 5th. As I was leaving, a Highway Patrol car came along. I considered chasing him down for a clam encounter, but decided not to bother the Highway Patrol two days in a row (it's a busy holiday). The fun with Eliot and HT inspired some kind soul to buy me a cell phone. Thank you very much. And thanks to the people in California, Oregon, Ohio, New Mexico, and other places who have sent donations. Fred is working on me to sign up with PayPal for accepting small donations. I am not certain this will be safe for donors or if the records could be exposed by court orders--though with as much of scn's resources being tied up by me and others, going after someone who sends me a few bucks seems unlikely. If anyone knows how secure PayPal is against court attacks, let me know. I was interested in seeing the buses take staff back to their apartments, but this was not to be. It seems (*) had given orders that the buses not be moved while an SP was nearby . . . Richardson and thug 2 didn't pick up on me till I had walked most the way from the west end to the main gate. They were both in bullbait mode, but I don't think their hearts were really in it. The CHP/Deputies wanted me to get a secret tape of them bullbaiting, so I did. I will get the tape over to the deputies in the morning, but it was more pathetic than anything else. One of the best was an accusation of having sex with a woman who was not my wife in front of kids--in the front yard. Of course, everybody knows you do that in the *back* yard. :-) After one pass to the east end of the complex, I stayed near the west end where the buses are parked. 5 pm and no movement, 5:30, still there, 6, 6:30, thug 2 gave up at 6:45 and Richardson followed 5 minutes later. 7 pm and the buses had not moved. Finally pity for those who had been there since 7 am got to me. (Though they might have moved them back to the apartments in the small vans.) I think by preventing buses from operating this afternoon I equaled (but did not exceed) Bruce Pettycrew's SP powerz of hardening concrete in a wheelbarrow. I have a hard time *imagining* what it must be like inside the cult's compound. The dwarf must be spitting fire in all directions at the complete mess *one* wog is causing. So this morning (7 am) I did, and when Edwin Richardson and thug 2 were sent out, I called and sure enough a while later no fewer than three Sheriff deputies showed up, all at once. I was on the west going leg almost in front of the main gate at the time. I got the Deputies names, Rahn, Pauling and Kurycowicz (not certain on the last spelling). Appologies for missing ranks. If the Hemet office wants to print out copies of this post and put in in their personell files, this is one citizen who *really* appreciates their responding to a citizen exercising his right to protest. (And I told them so on the spot.) Turned out that one of them reads a.r.s, or (it wasn't entirely clear) perhaps another deputy reads it. Anyway they were familiar with the whole story dating back to Helena Kobrin's rmgroup. Ken Hoden came out. The guy looks worse than the last time I saw him. A huge bunch of the staff walked by south of the main gate in sight of three sheriff cars with flashing lights and one guy with a sign which asked on one side "What happened to Stacey Moxon Myer" and on the other, "Knowing How to Know is Knowing When to Blow!" Later in the picket, while being followed by two very silent thugs at a good distance, I saw one of the buses turn in at the eastern most gate. They are totally disrupting traffic in a hopeless attempt to avoid staff seeing me. When I decided they had had enough picketing for the morning, I tossed my sign in my car (which was on the west end next to where Ashlee Shaner died) left my thug escort walking back, and drove through the complex to the east end, in sight of (*)'s house. Parked, jumped out and did a few minutes of picketing without my escort. I am sure (*) started screaming at people because I had just tossed my sign in the car when Richardson and thug 2 came tearing up in a black truck. They tried to get my attention, but I was not interested in talking to them. I think I figured out why the thugs were assigned to me. I mentioned in a posting of some Xenu/OT3 flyers being handed through the fence. I think the thugs are out there to be sure no more of them go through the fence. I really wonder what happened to the ones inside. Were they turned in? Did the people hide them? Were any copies made? I got thugs again and taped them. They kept up an intermittent chatter while I said only one sentence. It was all I could do to keep from laughing out loud at some of the odd distortions of things out of my past. I will only give one example, Dora Kent. Dora was a case where a clueless Riverside coroner got carried away and charged my cryonics organization. The funny part is that associating *me* with this event is totally silly because the Dora Kent events happened before I got active in cryonics (as anyone who reads Great Mambo Chicken and the Transhuman Condition would see). Thug 2 was more active today, getting in front of me and slowing so much that I had to step out in the road to get by him. I have some photos of him too close. They also tried to block me taking photos of the largely empty plaza. I can tell when I am way to the east of the plaza (near the main gate) that there are lots of people crossing the plaza and going into the underpass. But when I get there, very few people can be seen on either side of the road. I suspect they are huddling in the underpass till they get the all clear signal that I have moved on. OTs, heh. I put in an hour, left heading into town, stopped on the far end and got out a sign. I gave Richardson and thug 2 just enough time to run up to the main gate and get a ride and then left. Shopping and other entheta kept me busy the rest of the morning. I will say that a remarkable number of local ministers have been discussing the cult of Xenu lately. This might have something to do with a certain person who mails a lot. Of course, when the ministers start talking, some of the most amazing stories come out. One of them, Bob Beckett from Dwelling Place tells of phone taps (RF kind) which were found on both the church phone and his residence. Another tells that it took less than half an hour from the time I visited his office to an agent of scientology showing up and trying to get an interview with him. Whatever scientology has been trying to do, it seems to have had the effect of giving me an astonishing level of credibility among the local minsiters. Keep it up fellows. They are still loading Ida's neighborhood with PIs. I mostly ignore them unless they get to obvious and then I chase them to get license numbers. Incidentally, the license from yesterday was indeed a PI outfit. I am going to call them before putting the name on the net. There is one other item which I should mention. The rental car company I have been using put me on the refuse to rent to list. Why? They had no problem with payment and I never even scratched a car. But every time I rented, they got several phone calls asking about me, last time a woman came in asking about me, sometimes people call up claiming to be me who are not, and (according to national customer service) the Ontario police called. The last was easy to check out, records at the police dept in Ontario has no records with my name, so the chances are that they were scammed by the scientologists. Company name in a later post after more investigation. Well, it was not to be. This morning was dull enough, I stopped on my way out to collect more addresses near one of the two clam bed apartments (there will be another post on what to do with the addresses). Either they leave those buses there one heck of a long time, or they are under orders not to load as long as I am there. Am I that dangerous even without a picket sign? Anyway, I did another picket for an hour or so this morning ending at ten or ten thirty. Other entheta kept me away from more picketing till late in the afternoon, about 4:30. I had walked less than 100 yds from my car which was parked beyond the east overpass when I looked back to wave at traffic and saw two guys walking toward me. This time it was not friendly locals, but scinos, Eliot Richardson, the guy who choked me in LA two years ago, and another heavy set dude who really didn't want his photo taken (and compared to . . ?). I profited from Bob's experience. They threatened me, got in my face and started bull baiting me (child molester etc. per parishoners.org) What they were after was to bash themselves on my sign or get me to bash them and fall down like Howd. I wasn't having any of it, so I jumped into the roadway. They spent the next ten minutes trying to bull bait as they chased me back and forth in the roadway while I flagged down about 20 cars and asked them to call the cops. It if was not so rushed, it would have been funny like the three stooges. Every time I would talk to someone in a car, they would quit bothering me so they could tell the driver I was a mad bomber or child molester or both. As if this kind of DA would keep them from calling the cops! They were (I presume) under orders not to kill me, and so, just pushing me under the wheels of a passing car was not an open option for them. Three deaths in 6 weeks all linked to gold base would likely be the end of them. (But I am not so interested in in speeding thing up to go *that* far.) After a *long* ten minutes, of which I might have some confused photos (and they certainly have a complete video tape) they wound up on the South side of the road, and I was on the North side close to the suppressive parrot's abode. I think they decided that being in the middle of the road when the Highway Patrol showed up would not gain them any points. Officer Labaron was the first to respond. (I would really like to know how many 911 calls they got from the passengers of the cars going by.) I let them get first chance to talk to the officer when he pulled in at the gate. They gave the officer a shore story about trying to "interview" me (spitting in my face from 6 inches!). He informed them that it was not safe to distract someone who was walking along the side of a busy highway and that they should figure out a better place to do interviews. Then he talked to me. All the officers know I have been picketing out there for a considerable time. They are concerned with the danger of picketing that location, but they are also fully aware that if people want to protest, they have a constitutional right to do so. (And, if you are alert, and not being set upon by bull baiting clams, it is not very dangerous.) He got a tight summary of the net vs scn battle, and took away a xenu flyer and one of the flyers I made up for my neighbors-- which has a bunch of URLs on it. He also found out why I have reason to fear these people, and was amazed that I have video tape on the net of the previous time Richardson jumped me. (Photo of neck bruises too.) Gave me more than adequate justification for getting away from them into traffic. About this time Ken Hoden showed up with a woman who was half a step from hysterics. I said hi. For someone with the list of problems he has, he was looking good. The Sheriff officer (a woman named Judge) showed up later and got the same flyers. We talked about Stacey Myer, chain lockers, shore stories, and what to put in a search engine. The Highway Patrol also sent out Sarg. Crawford. He gave me helpful advice about picking places with a longer view of the road to cross--which I will certainly take. The officers have the hardest time understanding what motivates a person of education and accomplishments to put so much effort into breaking the cult when I have no personal connection, like a family member who has been victimized. (The scientologists think I am being paid by the marcabs, and who knows? They might be right. I can't tell who sends me donations.) "Someone has to protest" is the best I can do to explain my motivation. (Last time I was the "someone" I learned how to put cryonics patients on cardiac bypass.) I put in another circuit around the west end (noting that there was a lot more scns than I had yet seen walking in sight of me) moved my car to the west end, put in one more circuit on the west end, moved the car to the east overpass under (*)'s nose and thumbed mine at him and his 40,000 sq ft. house while doing a little more picketing. It was about 5:30 when I packed it in so I could do this report. (*) should read the first (or maybe second) chapter of Revolution From Rosanante and consider how many unstable former scientologists there are. If I were in his shoes (not that they would fit), I sure wouldn't live there. Gold base brought themselves to the attention of the police again when they are already under investigation. Put gold base, Richardson, Hoden and (*) down for a big win. You boys are in a condition of power already this week. There is FAR more going on than what gets into these accounts. It is less exciting than today though. Back in the morning. Keith Henson, from the Hemet front. >From hkhenson Sun Jul 9 09:10:24 2000 From: Keith Henson Subject: Re: This just in! You have a point. The only way I can get clear of this scientology mess is to "destroy them utterly." So: This week I will be back picketing gold base. Correct me if I am wrong, but you picketed my house 5 days and my wife's place of work 3 days, so you get 8 days of picket for this plus however much seems appropriate for the latest victim. Keith Henson PS, please don't send any more counter picketers who are subject to epileptic attacks or fainting spells. >From hkhenson Thu Aug 3 01:12:57 2000 From: Keith Henson Subject: Re: The LMT has gone insane Newsgroups: alt.religion.scientology References: <20000803003048.17788.00003547@ng-cg1.aol.com> <39890AA6.E1B13AC2@home.com> Organization: User-Agent: tin/pre-1.4-19990517 ("Psychonaut") (UNIX) (SunOS/4.1.4 (sun4m)) Clawed_Waterbuck wrote: snip > But Scn'ologists as a group are not huddled masses yearning to breathe > free of the yoke of tyranny. No, but they are supporting/providing cover for a worldwide criminal organization which has negative impacts on everyone--from corrupting government officials and judges if nothing else. > Many of us derive many benefits from it and are capable of seeing the > good points along with the bad. I don't care how many "benetifs" you get or continue to get from the "tech", the management is so corrupt it has to go. Fortunately the management's belief in Hubbard makes them highly vulnerable in ways they can't change. As one person put it, one wog, 1000 terrified clams. > Don't lump all of us in one boat, imply that all of us are like you or > should be. Whenever you do so I'll say something. Claire, you should come to gold base and see the most advanced scientologists acting like 10 year olds (at best). Heck, picket with me and watch the awesome abilities scn provides its members. The claims of this suit would cover the pattern Scientology's actions in and out of the courts against me since I filed my original suit (Wollersheim 1) against them in 1980. This will become Wollersheim 6. It appears that the best place to file this new suit will be in LA within the same court system that awarded and upheld my first judgement. Stay tuned actions over the next 30 days will change the future of Scientology forever as woldwide efforts to bring justice to this criminal organization reach critical mass! [Go get 'em Wolly! Keith Henson] [PS since the Aum cult was trying to buy a nuke, I cringe when "critical mass" get used in the context of a cult.] [PPS Killing the organization off entirely is the best way to change the future of Scientology.]
